I have extensive experience with media interviews: on the spot TV, live in-studio TV, live radio, pre-recorded radio and TV, phone and in-person interviews for print, and even a reenactment abroad. I’m comfortable speaking with journalists about a variety of topics such as communication and organizational research broadly, my specific research program, teaching, life experiences and my upcoming book “101 Pat-downs” about the Transportation Security Administration.
If you are a program planner or booking agent, please review the following preferences and fill out the contact form on the Speaking page.
- Live, in-studio or face-to-face formats preferred
- Although I do not need specific interview questions in advance, interview goals and story angles are helpful
- I can accommodate any time frame, although I am more eloquent after 7 a.m.
